Sessions begin with a warm up to gently release and limber joints and muscles. Through breath and movement we progressively move through asanas to awaken the cardiovascular system. As your confidence grows the practice progresses to include more challenging variations.
Workout busing glove and pad (focus pad) training which improves body composition, heart-lung stamina, strength, speed, coordination, balance and flexibility.
Boxing Fitness is a 30 minute session that can take place at any safe indoor or outdoor location including my home studio.
