Currently the London territories that I cover for personal training are Archway, Highgate, Tufnell Park, Kentish Town, Hampstead, Golders Green, Crouch End, Angel Islington and the Borough of Westminster.
Using simple and proven methods, sessions will be designed and tailored to your specific needs and goals. You will learn introductory exercises including a variety of bodyweight exercises. Progress to using equipment and weights, circuit training, interval training, boxing fitness and advanced training methods to improve fitness, health and overall mood.
We will have continuous consultations including measurements to ensure you are meeting your goals and progressing.
We will discuss your nutrition throughout your package. The most successful clients record their daily nutritional intake but this is not compulsory to any of the packages.
If you would like to record your nutrition to aid your fitness goals I will recommend a nutrition app which costs approximately £30 a year which you can download to your smartphone.
You will be asked to download Telegram Messenger to your phone where a private chat will be created between us. You can also be added to the Fitness Finetic Forum for tips, recipes and useful information on everything Fitness related.
If you do not own a smart phone an alternative method can be arranged.
Customers will usually purchase equipment such as a workout mat, swiss ball and a foam roller.
24 hours before your session we will check the weather forecast and confirm if the weather is suitable for your outdoor session.
If the weather is unsuitable for your session there are two options. We can either move your session indoors to my studio or we can reschedule to another day of the same week otherwise it will be rescheduled on to the end of your package.
If there is a convenient safe indoor or sheltered area we can use as an alternative then we can move the location of the session.
You have three months to complete your package. You can exchange your in person sessions for online sessions to continue whilst you are away or put your sessions on hold until you return.
Results depend on the frequency of your sessions and your nutritional habits. It is usual to see changes within 12, 24 and 36 weeks.
Payments must be made in advance of your package.
You will be emailed the BACS details and Terms and Conditions and you can request an invoice if needed.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of your session otherwise will be charged at the normal rate.
