I am located in Woodlands, London NW11 9QS but we are able use any safe outdoor area for Personal Training Sessions, Yoga Classes, Circuit or Boxercise. Sessions can take place indoors or outdoors: including my home studio, your home/garden, workplace/workplace outdoor space, a local park, a hired studio or gym.
Using simple and proven methods, sessions will be designed and tailored to your specific needs and goals. You will learn introductory exercises including a variety of bodyweight exercises. Depending on your goals; progress to using equipment and weights, circuit training, interval training, boxing fitness and advanced training methods to improve fitness, health and overall mood.
We will have continuous consultations including measurements to ensure you are meeting your goals and progressing.
Sessions are varied so a range of equipment may be used once bodyweight exercises are learnt. All equipment is provided but purchasing some equipment: workout mat, swiss ball and a foam roller is recommended. For online sessions it is necessary to have a mat, other equipment can be purchased as sessions evolve.
People who achieve their body transformation the most successfully record all their daily nutrition.
If you would like to record your nutrition I will recommend a food diary/nutrition app which costs approximately £30 a year that can be downloaded to a smartphone.
Depending on your objectives you will be asked to download Telegram Messenger or WhatsApp to your phone where a private chat will be created.
If you do not own a smart phone an alternative method can be used.
If the weather is unsuitable for your session there are two options. We can either move your session indoors to my studio or we can reschedule.
If there is a convenient safe indoor or sheltered area we can use as an alternative then we can move the location of the session.
Results depend on the frequency of your sessions and your nutritional habits. It is usual to see changes within 12, 24 and 36 weeks.
You have three months to complete a 12 session Personal Training package. Depending on availability, in person sessions can be exchanged for online sessions to continue whilst you are away.
Payments must be made in advance by either BACS, a payment link or tap and pay.
Payment details and Terms and Conditions will be emailed, an invoice can be requested if needed.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of your session otherwise will be charged at the normal rate.
