Jai is a qualified Personal Trainer since 2012 and also holds a diploma in diet and nutrition.
Experienced in creating bespoke fitness plans and coaching individuals of all ages. From beginners to more experienced exercisers at health clubs and on a private basis; in studios, in the park or visits to your home and workplace.
Using simple and proven methods, sessions will be designed and tailored to your specific needs and goals including a variety of bodyweight exercises, using equipment, weights and training methods to improve fitness, health and overall mood.
Whether the aim is to improve overall fitness, lose weight and body fat or increase weight and size; Jai will guide, motivate and find a solution for you to achieve that result.
