Yoga improves overall body strength, flexibility, balance and posture. Sessions can be used to target specific aches and pains.
Using a systematic approach we begin sessions with a warm-up to release joints and limber muscle groups. Through breath, movement and sequencing we move the body, warm up the muscles and awaken the cardio-vascular system safely progressing to more challenging variations.
Sessions can be held indoors or outdoors: my home studio, your home/garden, local park or workplace.
