Jai is a qualified Personal Trainer since 2012.
Experienced in creating bespoke fitness plans and coaching individuals of all ages, from beginners to more experienced exercisers at health clubs such as Virgin Active and on a private basis; in studios, in the park or visits to clients homes and workplaces.
Using simple and proven methods, sessions will be designed and tailored to your specific needs and goals; possibly including a variety of bodyweight exercises, using equipment and weights and interval training to improve fitness, health and overall mood.
Whether the aim is to improve overall fitness, lose weight and body fat or increase weight and size; Jai will guide, motivate and find a solution for you to achieve that result.
